Derbyshire Border walk

In 2014 when I was posting blogs about my Leicestershire Border Walk I received a comment pointing me to a walk being taken by Derbyshire’s High Sheriff around his county boundary. I tried to plot the route he had used but failed so decided to make up my own for a walk in 2015. Inevitably we cover much of the same ground but I have tried to stick closely to the border regardless of county and use only field paths. The result is shown below with reports and on Google Maps. You are welcome to give it a go but please make your own health and safety decisions.
